Banh Mi Galang is committed to serve healthy and delicious Vietnamese Cuisine. Our goal is to provide a bridge to our customers into the world of Vietnamese cuisine. We offer traditional Southern Vietnamese cooking with fresh breads baked daily in-house, and all fresh ingredients.
We use no preservative, no artificial coloring, nor MSG in our food. We have a very simple rule: if it is something we are not willing to feed our family with, it will not be on our menu.
Delicious! We had a little bit of everything. Egg rolls, spring rolls, vermicelli bowls with pork and chicken and rice. The pork is dynamite, flavor is perfect. We can’t wait to go back.
We live an hour away & this is a MUST STOP after we shop @ HMart! Their Banh Mi is delicious! The bread is made fresh daily. But beware if you don't like spicy, they put fresh jalapeños in their Banh Mi and it has a kick!...AND they have my favorite Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips! Lol! I bought 3 sandwiches & 3 bags of chips today & I was so happy to scarf my sammich & chips when we got home, hence why I didn't get a chance to take a pic ;) Place is clean & ladies are nice :)
Stumbled upon this place and took a gamble and it sure paid off. Ordered the classics and was impressed but everything. Bahn mi on homemade French bread, authentic pho, fresh ingredients I don’t mind paying it’s worth. Legit broth. Lots of love in that kitchen. Thanks for my favorite meal in Austin this week! Wish I remembered to take pics too busy eating it all.
