Cơm Tấm Sườn Nướng – Grilled pork chop over broken rice


Our pork chop is made with pork shoulder blade cut (6-8 oz per order), marinated with house dry rub spices, and grilled to golden brown.  The result is a tender cut that is a little spicy and crispy.
